Interview
STAR interview is a fancy name for something that has been around for years–the situational and behavioral interviewing for a job. Asking about various situations from your past (mostly work-related), interviewers try to understand your way of thinking, attitude to work, and how you would approach similar situations in your new job.

Question 1
Tell me a time that you had a difficult decision to make and how did you handle it.
Phone screen with recruiter, then virtual meeting with two hiring managers at once, then another virtual meeting with the hiring manager and another team member while completing a case study during the meeting, then offer.
Behavioral and job specific questions. They expalined the job and then i explained the resume. They gave me an opportunity to ask them questions at the end. There was 2 people interviewing me, manager and senior manager.
Long interview process for network planning- 1) interview with recruiter, 2) Case study for hour 3) Interview with manager and another interview. The process took so long and did not end up moving forward.
