Question 1
Can you tell us about a time you took initiative on a project.
I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines in Oct 2017
Interview
The process began with you recording videos to very standard behavioral interview questions. After that I was contacted to interview at their HQ in Chicago and flown there from school. The interview was then with 2 engineers from different departments. I was told that I would hopefully get a response by the day before Thanksgiving but they didn't get back to me until March. I had turned down another internship offer back in November having been very confident in my interview so I was very upset by this lack of professionalism on United's part. Keeping a candidate waiting for 3 months after giving them a response date is unacceptable.
