Applied, about 2 days later I got an email about doing an assessment. It wasn't terrible, but pretty challenging on aircraft systems. About a week later I got a call saying they want to do an in person interview in Chicago along with a practical assessment. In person interview was pretty straight forward STAR questions by 3 ladies with 30+ years experience each. Practical assessment wasn't hard, but don't can't give specifics. About a week later I received an email saying I would get an offer. 5 days later I got my offer. Very positive experience.
There is an interview which is behavioral, they ask you 4 questions and a couple of technical questions, and also there is a practical, basic amt skills, timed, if you pass they offer locations you can choose from
