I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX)
Interview
I applied online for a mechanical engineering co-op. After applying online I received a call to schedule a over the phone interview. The phone interview was simple and they just asked behavioral questions. A week after the phone interview I scheduled for a Skype interview and its was a bit more difficult than the previous interview. There were a lot of questions about teamwork and they were all behavioral questions. The interviewer was very nice and down to earth, he also answered all of my questions. A week later I got an offer via email.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines
Interview
Applied online through my university. I then received an invitation to complete an online interview. The online interview consisted of roughly eight questions that I had to record myself answering. I heard back a few weeks later and did not advance past this round.
Initial 'phone' screening (video recordings) and then on site interview. It was mostly behavioral. Overall it was a positive experience and they were very accommodating. The whole process was pretty late however. I first heard back about the phone interview about a month before school started again, and I got my offer 10 days before the semester started.
