fill out application on line, then if they like you they will fly you out to Houston, you come in the room watch the video and then you are called back for a 2:1 interview, if they like you they tell you to go back to the airport have lunch and come back for second interview.
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.

Did the assessment, completed some tax survey, submitted odvi, got invited to the virtual interview with recruiter Friday so hopefully I do well and forward with the f2f and ultimately end up with a cjo

Its a multi-step interview process. First a resume submission and a questionnaire, then a pre-recorded interview with a few questions. I was asked this during the pre-recorded interview. Waiting for my live virtual interview!
