I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied online in the beginning of Feb and I receive a email for interview invitation on Mar 4. I arrived Houston, TX one day before interview. On the day of interview, they began with a presentation of the background and information about flight attendants, including salary, reserve and benefit. Also they said that if we are hired, we will be based in SFO, no other choice since they are really short in SFO. While they were opened for questions after presentation, candidates were called to 1on1 interview. In the interview, she first made me to read a inflight announcement, mine was about filling out the custom form for arrivals. then, she started asking questions. Some of the questions included:
Why do you want to be a flight attendant?
What is your current job?
What is your understanding of reserve?
What do you think is the most challenge thing as a flight attendant?
Tell me about when you had a conflict with your coworker.
Tell me about a time you handle a angry customer.
Tell me you when you have fun with coworker at worker.
Tell me about you did something that you were regret at work.
When a passenger refuse to turn off his laptop, as a flight attendant, what would you do or what would you say to him?
What else do you want me to know about you?
Any question I can answer for you?
Then she told me that I would hear from the company in 5 to 7 days and then she sent me to the airport to catch an earlier flight if I wanted to. Only one interview, no second interview. They had another group coming for interview at 1pm. I am not sure that it this the reason.
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.

Question 1
Steps you will take to ensure you are successful at training
Its a multi-step interview process. First a resume submission and a questionnaire, then a pre-recorded interview with a few questions. I was asked this during the pre-recorded interview. Waiting for my live virtual interview!
