I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview was great! All the recruiters were all so nice. They made everyone feel very welcomed and not intimidating at all.The key is to be yourself and make sure you are aware that they are watching every move when you first walk in. Do not have cell phones out during the waiting time or if you're waiting to be called for f2f. Also look the part! have confidence and make sure you do some research on the company! Good luck

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
