I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at United Airlines in Jun 2015
Interview
(Day 1) I applied online around 10pm EST. On Day 2 I received an email stating that my application was forwarded to the Inflight Recruiting department. On Day 3 around 6pm EST I received my invitation for the video interview. They give you 5 days to complete the video interview. On Day 5 I completed the video interview. I was not so much nervous as I was determined to cover the important aspects while not tripping over my words. I had the right idea, but I am not sure how i did in the interview. I feel like I should have figured out how to smile more and say "um" a lot less. They give you 3 minutes for providing your answers, but I felt like I flew through each one. I recommend that you dress the part, speak clearly, and use the practice portion to get your lighting and body positioning right. Try not to fidget too much, and don't say Um as many times as I did. I will try to update on here if I get invited for the face to face interview which is the next step before a CJO. I am very passionate about this career path, so I am staying optimistic! Good luck to any of y'all applying and interviewing as well.

I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
