I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines in Mar 2023
Interview
The interview process at UAL was a complete joke. The group activities didn't make sense at all because it doesn't give people opportunities to show and prove themselves. They will not ask you any individual questions or trying to get to know you AT ALL. like they literally show you that they do not care about your skills, your experiences and who you are as an individual. they tell you to smile and greet people with smile, but only once i have seen them smile - when they brought us up at the beginning of the interview. THAT'S IT. I know people who speak multiple languages, have one or even 2 degrees and years of customer service experience (even being FA's) and they did not get the job. Instead, they ended up hiring 21 - 24 y.o with no experience, no second language and GERD only. For example, i'm 21 y.o. I speak no other language and work in retail for 1 year and i got CJO. I really do not understand that process and that culture. There are 2 group activities where you have to prioritize the tasks while getting plane ready for departure and another one when you work together with your group.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How Good lead the way for you? that's it! one question during an entire interview process. at the end you will look at the video from the plane, reading announcements and pretending to help customer who complains.
I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
