The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Newark, NJ) in Aug 2015
Interview
After completing my HireVie video interview, I was flown to Newark,NJ for a F2F with inflight recruiting. On that particular day, there were 13 candidates waiting for our interviews (extremely small group). We talked for about 35-40 minutes before a few senior flight attendants took us to a secure part of the terminal, where we then went to the training center for a group presentation and check-in. I know everybody says this, but you cannot be careful enough, since they are monitoring EVERYthing you do- especially when you think they're not. We sat in a room in which we were given an overview of the company and the job. After that, your names were called and you go back to a cubicle office area and have your 1:1 with a senior flight attendant. Be careful how you answer the questions, as they are writing down everything you're saying and they will try to use your words to "trap" you; don't let that happen-- stay poised and consistent. I thought I did very well and was extremely confident and the recruiter told me he was very impressed with my problem solving and communication skills. After that, the recruiter told me that I had a great interview and to expect an email soon (5-7 business days). I must admit that I was rather skeptical, since you are generally given a CJO if they like you. I am just going to assume I didn't get the job until I hear otherwise. Does anyone know about the whole "we'll contact you in 5-7 days" response? I would love this career and the growth opportunities therein, but I just feel a bit uneasy that I didn't progress to another round of interviews. Can anybody offer guidance on the UAL hiring process for flight attendants? Like I said, I'm going to assume I was cut until I hear differently. I wish everyone else the very best! Spread your wings far!

I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
