Interview
I made it to the second part of my interview where I had a one-on-one virtual interview and from the very beginning the guy interviewing me was completely uninterested. He was leaned back in his chair, didn’t smile once!! and didn’t contribute to the conversations at all. I will admit that days leading up to this interview I was extremely anxious and I was unable to fully answer the behavioral questions because of my anxiety so I’ll take full responsibility. however, you can definitely tell when someone doesn’t care to be there at all. The last interview I had with United, the interviewer was so friendly!! he smiled and made me comfortable and I could tell that he really enjoyed what he was doing. I loved talking with him. I hope you guys get someone like that vs the unhappy one that interviewed me :) good luck guys remember to be yourself, smile, and don’t let your nerves get in the way!

Question 1
Introduce yourself and tell me why you want to be a flight attendant, tell about a time you worked with someone with a different perspective than you, tell me about a time you had to adapt to a challenging situation (work/school), tell me about a time you had conflict with coworker/customer.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

Did the assessment, completed some tax survey, submitted odvi, got invited to the virtual interview with recruiter Friday so hopefully I do well and forward with the f2f and ultimately end up with a cjo
