After I applied online, I received a call from their recruiting team about a week later inviting me to an interview the following week. I arrived at the location and waited with about 5 other candidates. We were taken upstairs where we were introduced to the interviewers (one for each of us) We then left with our desinated interviewer to a cubicle to begin the interview process. They asked questions in the STAR format. Questions were semi difficult and requires you to think a lot about what you are going to say to ensure the answers satisfy the STAR format. It took close to 30minutes. After the interview, they said I would know their decision by the end of the week. At the end of the week I received an email saying I passed the interview process to enter their employment pool so if any vacancy opens they will call me. One of the recruiters also mentioned at the beginning it would take about 4-6weeks (its been about 2weeks now, no call) So basically I am on a waitlist to officially get hired. If they dont contact me within 6months, I have to re apply but hopefully that isnt the case.
