I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines
Interview
It was a long interview process. From the time I applied to when I did my final interview took about 3 months. First I had to record myself answering 5 questions. A couple weeks after that I did a video call interview with an HR person that was a few STAR method questions. The last step was the in-person-interview in Houston that was like a 4 hour event with approx 40 other candidates. We did group activities and answered some scenerio based questions.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
