Interview
I received the invitation for the Video Interview the day after I applied online. I studied the information on Glass door and You Tube. It was all exact. I had no surprises on the Video Interview other than just doing it. Like most have said, it is a bit strange, especially if you have never done one before. I thought I did well for the format though.
I took the interview on the fifth day near end of business. Today is the 7th business day afterwards and no reply.
I'm thinking maybe I didn't do as well as I thought! It seems most responses come fairly soon.

Interview
I applied in late July online. Got an invite to do the video interview a week later. I completed it on the 4th day. Got an email a week later that said No thanks.
I don't know what they're looking for. I found all the questions online, practiced, was confident and energetic and smiley. I have several years of customer service experience in multiple different areas. I also researched and made references often to their company. I was well spoken and didnt wear tons of makeup and wore my hair back.
But after all that I still wasn't what they were looking for I guess.
