They call you to set up an interview at the hospital. You then interview with the nursing manager of the floor. You may or may not go through a peer interview where fellow co workers interview you.
Quick interview and nice staff. They gave me a quick tour of the location and answered any questions I had. Questions were straightforward and interview was with a nurse and was only 20 mins.
This interview was very laid back but comfortable. HR was very welcoming and seemed genuinely interested in my experiences and what I would bring to their company, despite only being a nursing assistant.
