- I was recruited through the NCE exam which is now called the Young Professional Programme. It is a long process. - First you apply to take the written exam in your field (your country of nationality must be on the list of under-represented countries). - Second you take a detailed technical exam at a testing centre (about 3 months after the application). - Third you are invited for an oral assessment (interview) - 3-6 months after the exam. - Fourth you are placed on a roster.
