A phone screen with a local staffing agency, then a phone interview with the CEO, and then an in person with the CEO, a board member, and a former CEO.

Interview
This was a very slow moving and long drawn out process. It took roughly 10 months from when my application was submitted (January) to my official start date (September). From January to July I heard nothing from management regarding my application.
