I emailed the vice president of the Illinois Division and she set up an interview with the Resource Development woman for a week later. At the interview she read over my resume and asked simple behavior questions ("how would you handle this..if this happened..") and since I was still in school she asked what my major was and when I was expected to graduate. The interview was about 10 minutes long. She then introduced me to the other people in the office and gave me a tour. It seemed like she knew she was going to hire me before I walked in.
