Tell me about a time you had and irate customer how did you resolve the issue?
Took assessment test on 4/12/25 which you need to pass in order to get the interview. I did the video interview on 4/25/25 then got the live interview on 4/29/25. The position was filled so ended up being put in a class that starts in July.

Online application then online tests. Phone interview with recruiter then in person interview with manager. Recruiter coordinates everything and was fairly good at keeping me informed. Once you complete the interview, if they decide to hire you another person contacts you by phone to negotiate salary and offer the position. Once you accept, drug test and background check and then you begin whenever the next training class is.
