I applied online. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Basking Ridge, NJ) in Oct 2017
Interview
After applying online, I was asked to complete a set of behavioral questions online. Following that, I was brought in to the office where there was a Q&A panel, a tour, and a one-on-one interview where they essentially only went through my resume and asked more behavioral questions. I received a rejection email one week later.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Boston, MA) in Oct 2018
Interview
A digital video interview that was all behavioral. A on campus interview that was also all behavioral. A interview at the office that was both behavioral and technical. The office interview consisted of an office tour as well.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group
Interview
Two rounds: one behavioral, one technical. Very basic technical questions, had my technical interview through Skype and a code playground. Interviewers were very engaged and enthusiastic. A lot of automated online process screening since it is a huge company.
