I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Pomona, CA) in Jul 2018
Interview
Convoluted at best: submit in taleo, take tests, play phone tag for phone interview with offshore rep which actually requires a lot of phone tag. It was very difficult to get the process going. The offer they made was not competitive and their recruiters were unprofessional. I had heard good things about the company but now I see why so many people left their company to work where I am currently. Recruitment should really re-evaluate their process and staffing.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (New York, NY) in Jun 2018
Interview
It was a unpleasant experience. I felt very uncomfortable. When I entered the company's office I wasn't greeted with a smile, instead they were in a bad mood and felt very uncomfortable.

Three phase process. a screening, then an initial interview then an actual interview with the department head. It was spaced out over a few weeks. was a bad process in the beginning screening.
