Question 1
A day in the life of my previous home health job. What did I like most about it?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Richardson, TX) in May 2022
Interview
You DO have to have a good resume that has key words to be even considered for a interview. The ONLY reason I even got called for a phone interview was because I was a referral. Manager was looking out for my resume. I got a phone interview the next day, very same day I got scheduled for a in person interview.
In person interview was great. All down to earth managers. It was like having a conversation with another nurses about our jobs. They just want to know about your work experience and how you handle conflicts. They want to know why you want the job and if you can handle it.
