Applied online and was selected to self identify. Shortly after, I was contacted by a recruiter. Following the phone screen, I was scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager. After meeting with the hiring manager via Teams (video) I was scheduled for a 2nd Teams interview with two of their peers. About three weeks went by (due to the holidays) and I was scheduled for a 3rd interview, with the same hiring manager I'd already spoken with previously. They asked some additional questions and it was shortly after getting off of the phone with them I received a verbal offer from the recruiter. The process was long, but it began mid-to-late October and didn't wrap until the end of December likely because we were interrupted by a couple of holiday breaks. Interview questions were generally behavioral in nature and interviewers were kind and easy to talk to. Regardless of offer, I really enjoyed chatting with the people I spoke with.
