I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2012
Interview
I got a call from a recruiter before I'd actually applied on the basis of a recommendation from a current employee. But it all worked out in the end. The recruiter was not very professional however. She wasn't prepared and it seemed like she wasn't very familiar with the position and its needs, etc.

Question 1
I was asked about my experiences and how they translate to the job I am applying for.
I applied online. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Schaumburg, IL) in Aug 2017
Interview
I was notified via email two days after I applied online to submit an video interview through a program called HUE. It was five questions and they recorded the response, simple to use an ipad. After submitting that i was contacted by a recruiter. We scheduled a set time for her to ask me some questions for the following week. Following the phone interview I am scheduled for a face to face interview with the office. Two days later I have the face to face interview, lasted about thirty minutes basic questions. Two weeks after I get an email notification that the position was now closed (had been filled), no other follow up.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. I would suggest that you keep applying! Good Luck! Sincerely, Erika Cassidy, Sr. Talent Community Manager, UnitedHealth Group
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Southfield, MI) in Aug 2016
Interview
I received an email after 2 weeks of applying for digital interview. Setting up for digital interview was easy process and I was given enough time to think about the answer. But interview questions were not easy.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Eden Prairie, MN) in Feb 2016
Interview
Initially everything went great! I applied for a bunch of positions, and ended up getting an email back for one very quickly. You have to do an online digital interview which is simply 3 questions where you answer to your camera on your computer. After that I was invited within 2 days to complete a photo interview with HR - this was very quick and only had a few questions. I was offered on the spot to complete an in person interview with the hiring manager, which went exceedingly well! I felt really good leaving the interview! That was 7 weeks ago, and I have never once heard back, even after I reached out a few times.
