Question 1
why do you want to work here, behavioral questions
It was quite easy. I can’t remember much but it was a quick process. I received an offer a few days later. Everyone was quite pleasant. I would loved to have worked here had I not accepted another offer
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (San Antonio, TX) in Jul 2025
Interview
First they will do a screening, then a quick phone interview and then a final interview with a hiring manager over a video call.
1st interview- no one ever showed up to the meeting.
2nd interview- (different position) late to the meeting, one of the managers was clearly still in bed and seemed hungover, the other was so stand offish. Very rude and asked a couple of questions then said have a good day and hung up.
3rd interview- (different position) waited about 20 minutes and no one joined the call. Reached out to the recruiter to let her know no one has showed up to interview me. She apologized and said we would reschedule. 30 minutes later I received and email from the recruiter saying the position is on hold for now and good luck with my job search.
WASTE OF TIME. I had to pay for child care, took time off work, moved my schedule around for these interviews. Would recommend job seekers to not waste their time with this company.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Phoenix, AZ) in Sep 2022
Interview
Different with all of the different recruiters. One asked very theoretical questions based on your past work experience. The other ones kinda told me about themselves more than they asked questions of me.
