Basically verified the information submitted on my app. Advised that someone would call me within the next week and a half to schedule an onsite interview. Less than a week later someone called me to schedule. Three days later I had the in person interview and nailed it. The two interviewers were super nice and friendly and felt more like a conversation. The next business day the recruiter called me back to ask for two professional references. A week later someone from HR called me with an offer.
