I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Tampa, FL) in Aug 2015
Interview
It was a slow process! Lots of waiting, so be patient. I had a phone interview and a 1:1 with one person in the room and 2 people on the phone listening to me and asking me questions as well. Make sure you know a lot about the company and the job you will be doing. I received the call with the job offer a week after going in for my final interview. (Was told it would only take 2 days to find out, so don't lose hope!)
The interview process was quick. During the process my recruiter was able to explain everything in great detail. It was a refreshing experience. It consisted of in person and group interviews.
