Interview
Besides being very long... It is a unique process that requires first an assessment. One past that you can actually appl for a position. I'm sure there was another step in there before a digital interview but it was so long ago I have forgotten. After the phone interview I have received two emails saying I was still under consideration but there is no way to contact anyone about anything. I started this application process toward the end of June. Here it is, September 13, and all I know is that I'm still being considered.

Interview
I interviewed with United HealthGroup twice within a few months for admin positions. Both times the recruiter stood me up for the initial phone interview, for different reasons. To me this shows a lack of respect for my time with no appreciation of the fact that as someone currently employed, it wasn't easy to slip out of the office to take the call in private. The first recruiter was abrasive and argumentative. Their process dragged on & on.

Interview
First, I was asked to complete a video interview. Next, I received an email requesting a phone interview. I scheduled this using their online tool. The phone interview had the formal behavioral questions one would expect. I was then contacted by someone on the hiring manager's team to schedule an in-person interview. That interview was very relaxed and informal. I was told someone would contact me regarding next steps, however that was almost two months ago and I have heard nothing. I emailed the person who interviewed me to follow up, but she never returned my message. It's disappointing to go through so many steps and then not receive any more communication from the company. The actual interview steps were positive experience, but I am saying the overall experience is negative since no one has contacted me, and my job profile page hasn't been updated to say that I am no longer under consideration. The last time that was updated was before my in-person interview.
