I submitted my application online and within a week received an invitation to do a virtual interview through Hirevue. The interview consisted of 5 questions which I had a time limit of up to 3 mins to answer each. It was nerve wrecking for me as I don't Skype, Facetime, make Youtube videos or the like so If you have experience with creating your own videos for entertainment you should be fine. I also would advise going over the the practice questions several times in order to get comfortable with talking to yourself if you don't have the above listed virtual experience. Bottom line is I kinda psyched myself out and the interview was less stressful than I thought it would be. At this point Its still early in the process for me and I haven't heard anything regarding my candidacy, but when I do I'll update to let you know how it went.
