First, I received a call from a recruiter who asked common interview questions concerning my expectations of compensation, how I work with others, etc. Upon completing questions, I was given a date and time to be interviewed by a hiring manager. Upon meeting with the hiring manager, I was asked similar questions, but during this interview, I was basically handed the answers, then told what to expect on a regular day "on the floor." In so many words, I was told I was hired, then two weeks later, I recieved an email for a job offer.
