I applied for the position Provider Data Specialist with united Health Group maybe a week ago, I received a call from the manager for an interview 9/21/15 and they seemed impressed -- when i say they I interviewed with two managers nothing was said when I will hear back is that a good or bad thing? Wonder how long it will take to hear back?

Interview
First round from the recruiter then followed by a phone interview by the Manager. Then a team meets up with a small interview session. It took around 5/6 weeks. Maybe they were waiting for approval of this position.
The interview was very short, and very standard and typical, what you would expect. Standard questions regarding education, experience, daily job functions, etc. Friendly, answered my questions.

Interview
Recruiter calls and give you a phone interview and then you meet with the hiring manager. A normal interviewing process and the hiring manager ask standard questions with one random question. Once they give you the job, the recruiter calls/emails you with an offer.
