I applied online did assesments a week later got a phone call saying i would have a phone interview scheduled. On the phone interview asked me questions on What would I do if this happnened or in this situation. phone interview ended was about 30 min long the lady said they would call me if i had another interview. a week later I got a call saying i had a face to face interview. Went to the facw to face interview got there early waited kept moving me back and forth from diffrent buildings. In the interview it was almost the same as the phone except they did more explaining on what i would be doing at the job and how the job works then they said I might or might not get a call.another week later i got a call i got a call with an offer to be a backup the lady said the next training class is full so if anyone else dropped out i would be the backup would keep me up if any other training classes open. Still waiting for a call to see if they pick me to be a back up.
The interview process was quick. During the process my recruiter was able to explain everything in great detail. It was a refreshing experience. It consisted of in person and group interviews.
