The phone interview went well the recruiter was prompt at calling at the agreed time. He was very friendly explained the process thoroughly before beginning. The interview was conducted via phone by HR Recruitment, it took about 30 - 35 minutes. As expected they were all behavioral based questions only 3 towards the end of the interview the remaining time was spent discussing past employment history.
