Digital interview approximately 4 days after applying. Received email to set up phone interview a few days later. 1st phone interview with manager was as expected. More relax in nature, great conversation. Was asked to do 2nd with co worker and director. This interview was a bit uncomfortable, but OK. Interviews are set for 30 minutes. After 2nd, didn't hear anything for weeks. Reached out to recruiter and was told hiring manager on vacation but decision should be made in about a week. Subsequently received email saying thanks but no thanks. Overall fine experience, better communication with candidates on status could be improved.
