Interview
If you make it past the paper round (resume overlook), you are asked to do a virtual interview. This area is very basic questions. Just to see if right from the bat they should bring you in. I then was asked to come in for a full morning of it at the Headquarters. Started with a 30 minute tour of the HQ, followed by 3 back to back interviews with managers. Closed with a panel of current LAP people to answer any lingering questions.I interviewed on a Friday, had a answer back that following Monday. Quick turnaround.
