Lots.of interviews via phone, in person and via video conference. I had the opportunity to learn more about whether I could see myself as a fit. They did a nice job keeping me posted on progress and status. Overall I thought the process was drawn out longer than needed but the outcome, getting the job, made it worth the trip.
