Standard fake interview. Manager showed little interest, didn't ask many questions, didn't mention follow-up or next steps. Initial technical interview was impersonal, and gave impression of company laziness. For phone interview: received rejection email within a few hours of interview....honestly, don't waste someone's time to meet your interview quota. It gives the potential employee a very negative impression of your company. Also, if I'm showing up on time to your interview and the manager on the phone doesn't even know who she's meeting with ("uh, who's on the phone?"), and also says someone else was supposed to join but is too busy...then spare me....clearly, you are not interested or respectful of my time.
