Interview
I applied online December 16 and the next day received a phone call from a recruiter for a short phone screening. She just asked about my work history, the reason why I'm seeking another job, salary requirements, and gave an overview of the company and position. She also said since I didn't have case management experience she wasn't going to call me but my resume was eye catching and wanted to speak with me. Towards the end of the conversation she said she liked what she's heard and would forward my information to the hiring manager and if she was interested would call/email for an interview. The next day I received an email from the hiring manager to set up an interview over the phone for January 4 (I had to wait until after the Holidays). That interview was with 2 ladies and lasted a little over and hour. They described the job in detail and explained how it was "100% work from home". They asked about 7-8 behavioral questions and that went well. The next day I received an email from another manager to have another phone interview with her. That happened on January 6 and I was offered the position January 11. Salary wasn't negotiable but definitely desirable. I start in 3 weeks! And will work from home 100%!!!! Can't get better than that!

Virtual interview with 3 people. Typical interview questions. Asking about self and scenario questions. Took about 30 minutes. It was actually rescheduled without consulting me about my availability. This was my first zoom interview with multiple people, it was a little unnerving

Started out well. But interviewer became abrupt and one had no further interest in the position. Was totally turned off and didn’t feel I could function in that environment. They hung the phone interview while speaking .
Had multiple interviews with management and Human Resources. They asked multiple questions regarding case scenarios related to patients and what you would do and general skills related to nursing and remote work.
