The job description tells you nothing about the job. Even worse it spends most of it's space telling you about an office you will never step into as a 100% remote agent. The information given to you during the phone interview is grossly outdated. Even tells you must install a POTS (plain old telephone service) line to work and then tells you in training you don't need it, but they'll reimburse you for it. Really? There is no negotiation on pay. It's the same for entry level or if you have a Bachelor's. They tried to take away the bonus so now they only hint vaguely in the interview about the potential. The best part was the team, the supervisors do care about the work and are great at interviewing to bring out why you want to do the work-but corporate doesn't care at all. No wonder they can't get and keep people. Banking on their website to find applicants is also starving out the agents who do work there-as they all came in from temp agencies and don't have the tools given to them to do the job well.
