Talking to a computer was the strangest thing I have ever done. I have no problem on Skype talking to a real person. I kept looking at the webcam and screwing up! I think I practiced too long. I was only asked 3 questions: One was why do you think you are a good fit for the position. The last question was about operations and ITIL. I have never heard the terminology before. I have 22 years experience, what a waste of my time doing this interview. I have 3 interviews on HireVue next week, but, they are with LIVE people thank god!!!
