Submitted an application on line and could not completely upload my resume. Received an email about 24 hours later to set up a telephone interview with someone from Human Resources in Minneapolis. Had a good conversation but because the resume wasn't uploaded it seemed like she wasn't familiar with my background at all.

Professional interview with potential colleagues and administration. Questions were thoughtful and appropriate for position being considered. Phone interviews were scheduled easily and in a time-efficient manner. Interviews were conducted by senior-level staff and peers.

Overall, the interview process with United HealthGroup was professional and organized. Mine was a telecommuter position, and interviews were conducted over the phone. United HealthGroup manages these interviews very well, and a representative group of individuals were selected who could provide me with different perspectives on their work within the company.
