Interview
Video interview, HR interview, then hiring manager interview, all went quick! I was offered the position at the end of my phone interview with the hiring manager, HR contacted me the same day with an offer.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group
Interview
No offer as of yet, but had a scheduled call (screening) with HR, where they asked the questions listed. Several days later I received an email requesting a video interview, and was asked the same questions HR asked during the screening. That was the 1st time I have had to complete a video interview and feel it could have been better. I have not heard back from anyone but did notice my account on UHG careers had been updated from "applied" to "interviewing".
