I met the recruiter at my unversity job fair in 2015. I was called to an interview a month later.
ON-CAMPUS ROUND
General questions. The engineer wanted to take a look at my personality and see if I was someone he would enjoy working with. Also some questions related to challenges I faced while working in a team and strengths and weaknesses.
ON-SITE ROUND
Interviewed by two engineers. Questions ranged from general personality questions to basic OOP concepts and data structures and algorithms.

Interview
one-way video interview with 4 questions. Pre-recorded interview prep videos were helpful. The one-way video is a bit awkward. I would prefer an in-person or real-time zoom interview to be able to ask questions back to the interviewer. Overall, it was convenient as an initial interview.
