A recruiter contacted me via email to apply for the position. A week after applying I was offered a digital interview that had to be complete within 48hrs.
About 5 days after the digital interview I was offered a face to face interview which lasted about an hour and have lots of situational based questions.
For there, I was contacted for a phone interview with executive leadership. This interview was more personal and focused on seeing if my goals aligned with the company.
A week after the phone interview I was offer the position pending drug screen and background check. The background took about 10 days and I was scheduled to start work shortly after.

Interviewer called for a follow-up after one-way interview, refused to turn their camera on and downplayed my resume and ask questions meant to powertrip. Waste of time and energy and no respect for candidates
