Submitted a resume. Got an email, then a call from HR, talked for 15 minutes, said they were moving me on to the next step and someone would call shortly to schedule a skype interview with the hiring manager. No one ever called... got an email a few weeks later saying they filled the position. Tip: Let the person know if you change your mind. Communication is important... don't keep people in the dark.
