Interview
I applied for the position as soon as it was posted I later that day get a email to complete the virtual interview which I completed. A recruiter reached out informing me that I successfully completed that interview and that she would be sending the info up to the hiring manager’s to schedule my second interview. me all excited waiting for almost a month just to receive a email stating I was no longer considered for the position. I then reach out to the same lady that sent my information to the hiring managers Informing her no one ever reached out to me to schedule my second interview so how is it that I’m no longer qualified. I get a email the next day stating oh they change the job description/requirements for that job and if you meet the new requirements then to re apply. How do a company change the requirements in the middle of interview people that’s inconsiderate and unprofessional. I never in all my years experience anything like that.
