Casual conversations with a few background explanations, few expectations of next job. Pretty typical all around.

Did a phone interview with director which went well. Agreed to fly into Boston the following week for in person. Had an offer the same day. They were very accommodating with travel and arrangements. Management and teammates were very helpful. Met with multiple team leads and peers.
