Phases of interview process were as follows: HR phone call with salary band and role details, followed by a first onsite interview with direct manager. Next came a half-day onsite visit including informal chats with two peer-level colleagues, lunch with the broader team, and an onsite test with direct manager. Last onsite interview was with the exec-level skip. Whole process took about 6 weeks.
