The interview process was fair. I first spoke with the Admissions Director who gave me a great deal of information and what the job entailed. Also, the director was very up front about hours and pay. 2nd interview was with the CEO which was intimidating but I felt it was necessary. I think that having the CEO involved in hiring of a non managerial position showed me that he is very involved in all aspects of the hospital and who they are hiring and I really appreciated meeting and getting to know the CEO first hand.
