Interview
Applied to the job, got asked back to take skills assessment test after about a month of silence. A week or so later got a phone call that they wanted to interview me based on my test. Scheduled my interview for a few days later. Had a great interview. Felt I was exactly what they were looking for. Was given a date that they would get back to me. That date has come and gone and I have contacted multiple times and still have heard nothing from the company. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth for a job that seemed promising. Seems unprofessional, like they do not care about potential employees. Still waiting until I get official rejection.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Universal Health Services, Inc. (Newark, DE) in Jul 2014
Interview
Pre-screening test done first. If passed you would meet with the manager of the department you are applying to. Then fingerprinting, background, and drug test. Orientation was a full 40 hour work week.
